What’s Included:

■ Installation and Setup of Customer Provided Media and Smart Devices (i.e Apple TV, Amazon Alexa, Smart TV, Philips Hue Lighting, etc.) Installation requiring license (electrical or plumbing) is not covered by this service.
■ WIFI login info and all accounts login info should be available upon installer arrival.
■ Good WIFI signal is recommended for better performance. Visit www.bandwidthplace.com to check your internet speed.
■ Setting up mobile device application.
■ New wiring and replacing/installing transformer for video doorbell is NOT included.
■ On average installer/technician can install 2-4 devices per hour but some devices may take longer. This service is for 1 hour only additional charges may occur.
